Our clients pay only for work that is completed on a time-and-charge basis. We do not charge our clients a full eight-hour day for a job that can be completed in two hours. Real estate and equipment can add up to 35% to a base salary. Additionally, with no office space to rent, no salaries or health benefits to pay, and no supply cabinets to keep stocked, we can provide an estimated decrease in cost of business of approximately 65%.

Girl Friday Associates’ services are available outside of the traditional 9am-5pm workday. If you are on a business trip in Asia, for example, we will still be able to accommodate your early morning requests within reason and with enough advanced notice. Additionally, the same applies to the end of the workday. We can be available for any last-minute requests during the evenings for your early morning, next-day meeting.

We are an eco-friendly company. Girl Friday Associates prides ourselves on reducing our carbon footprint on the environment. Please see our “Green” page for ways we do our part.

Girl Friday Associates will customize your individual administrative and project management needs. We have monthly, for our long-term clients, as well as “per project” billing structures. We will work with you to set up a payment plan that is mutually beneficial. There are never any contracts to worry about and you can cancel your service at any time.

We have extensive, long-term working relationships with various vendors and will always provide you with the best possible pricing.

Girl Friday Associates ensures the highest level of privacy for our clients. We will only engage in a service after a Confidential Agreement is signed by all parties.
