Girl Friday Associates’ founder, Patricia Bates, has over 20 years of administrative experience. She has worked for many companies ranging from small, start-ups to large Fortune 500 corporations. Patricia understands the needs of companies on every level and the demands that are placed on their executives. As a native of Silicon Valley, Patricia is very familiar with the area and the fast-paced, high tech climate, as well as the needs of other industries.

 

Patricia has excellent oral and written communication skills. She has the professionalism required to meet with all levels of executives, as well as their clients and employees. She has exceptional planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

 

Patricia specializes in creating presentations, as well as database management, spreadsheets, records management and facilities requests. However, no task is too big or too small. She can also make travel arrangements, write correspondence or plan your next major corporate event!
